L1fe AI does not custody MINT, control validator keys, or hold private keys for any user.
04. No investment advice
Nothing on this site is investment, legal, or tax advice. MINT is a protocol unit of account, not a security claim.
05. Responsibility
You are responsible for your transactions. Validators are responsible for their bonds. Providers are responsible for their workloads.
06. Disclaimer
The chain is provided as-is. Bugs happen. Slashings happen. Operate accordingly.
07. Limitation
L1fe AI liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
08. Governing law
These terms are governed by Delaware law except where local law mandates otherwise.
